Credit packs
- Buy extra credits any time: €10, €20, €30, €50 or €100 — or a custom amount from €5 to €1,000.
- 1 credit = €0.10. Credit packs are valid for 30 days.
- Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance; usage beyond it is pay-as-you-go, capped at the plan's monthly overage limit.
Billing and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Invoices are issued by Aurora Ember Cyber Bio Lab, and show no VAT because we are not registered for VAT.
- EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Terms, section 6.
